Do you bring your own cleaning products & equipment?

Our team will bring all the supplies to perform the cleaning, unless, you want us to use your own. If that is the case, please be sure to go over each cleaning product with our team to let them know where and how you would like them to be used. We can also use your cleaning equipment (broom, vacuum cleaner, duster, etc) but we are not responsible for any unforeseen damage.

What kind of cleaning products do you use?

We love to accommodate our customers’ preference so you can choose our standard cleaning products or eco-friendly cleaners. If you would like us to use your products for a discounted rate or prefer us to bring plant-based cleaning products for an additional fee, please let us know.

How long does a cleaning service take?

We cannot provide you the time that the appointment will take because it depends on the amount of cleaning that needs to get done. You can ask for finite amount of time in booking on “notes”. However, we do not guarantee the completion of the job.

How can I add an extra service?

If you need an additional area to be cleaned, we will do our best to get it done the same day of your service. However, we would need at least a day in advance notice by email to info@ibcleaningchicago.com so the length and fee for your services can be adjusted accordingly.

I only need specific areas cleaned, can I customize a package?

Yes! We can definitely provide a cleaning service based on your needs. You can choose from “A la Carte” options and decide what works best for your family. We only ask our customers to empty all cabinets, vanities, refrigerators and defrost all freezers prior to the visit, if applicable.

What areas are not included?

  • We cannot complete any cleaning of outdoor areas, biohazards, inside machinery like dishwasher, washing machines, inside the stove hood, etc.

  • Our team cannot remove more than 30 pounds of trash, if you have more than that, please be sure you remove it before team arrives.

  • Our team is not be able to bring a step stool or ladder, so if there are any extremely high or out of reach areas that you'd like cleaned, we ask that you provide a safe means of access.
